We used Katie and her team’s day of coordination for our wedding in September 2024 and I cannot recommend enough! She guided us through the rehearsal the night before. We went over our vision of what we wanted and Katie made it happen. They set up everything for us so we didn’t have to worry while trying to get ready the day of. Come ceremony and reception time, she kept everything running smoothly. I can honestly say I didn’t have to worry about a thing that day! They made the day much more relaxing for me as the bride, and I highly recommend hiring Major Events Planning- their rates are very reasonable!

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host our wedding. Katie and Rachel are excellent at their jobs, and help you every step of the way-you can tell they are truly invested in not only your wedding, but also to you as a person. The venue itself is beautiful and intimate. Myself and my bridesmaids got ready in their bridal suite, and were greeted with mimosas and breakfast. Myself or my husband didn’t have to worry about anything that day, as Rachel and Katie handled everything start to finish. There were nothing but compliments from our guests about our venue! We would highly recommend having your wedding at Empey Estates.

This team was absolutely wonderful to work with! Right from the start Katie was patient and open to answering any questions I had. When meeting Rachel and Katie in person they were down to earth and so kind. Rachel made our day go so smoothly, she was absolutely so understanding when I needed a minute and handled any hiccups along the way, that I had no idea they were happening until after the fact. The bar team was very professional and I got nothing but compliments from my bridal party and guests. Honestly, could not have asked for a better team to work with on our wedding day!
