Our Venue is nestled in the quiet community of Empey Hill, Napanee, ON.
Empey Estates Wedding & Event Venue is nestled in the quiet community of Empey Hill, in the town of Napanee, Ontario. Our venue is located just off the 401, and only 3 hours from Toronto and 2.5 hours from Ottawa.
Originally built in 1912, lovingly restored and transformed into a venue in 2022.
Once upon a time, our venue was a United Church built in 1912, but it has been beautifully repurposed to become an ideal place to host wedding ceremonies & receptions, bridal showers, birthday parties and corporate events.

The Ultimate Weekend Wedding Package
Our Ultimate Weekend Wedding Package is designed to make your wedding weekend effortless from start to finish. Enjoy exclusive venue access from Friday through Sunday, full wedding coordination and concierge support, mobile bar services, décor and rental inclusions, ceremony and reception spaces, bridal suite access, and on-site setup and teardown.

The Ultimate One Day Wedding Package
Our Ultimate One Day Wedding Package is designed to give you everything you need for a seamless wedding day, all thoughtfully coordinated under one roof. Enjoy full-day venue access, wedding coordination and concierge support, full setup and teardown, mobile bar services with two bartenders, access to our décor catalogue and rentals, curated table settings, a beautiful bridal suite with breakfast, coffee, tea and a mimosa bar, plus on-site coordination and event staff. With the details taken care of from setup through cleanup, you can focus on celebrating and enjoying your day with your guests.
INVESTMENT: $4200 + HST & gratuities
Elopement or Micro Wedding Package
Our Micro Wedding Package is perfect for intimate celebrations of up to 40 guests, combining the traditions of a wedding with a simpler, more personal experience. Includes a styled venue, day-of coordination, officiant, florals, refreshments, charcuterie, ceremony music, tables, linens and chairs, with the option to add reception time.

Ultimate Reception & Party Package
Celebrate your special occasion with an elevated, stress-free reception experience. Enjoy evening venue access, tables, linens, Chiavari chairs, décor, curated table settings, staffed cash bar, full setup and teardown, on-site event support, and access to our outdoor patio and fire pit. Everything is thoughtfully prepared so you can focus on celebrating with your guests.

Common Questions
How many guests can Empey Estates hold?
Up to 120 seated, or 150 for a standing reception. Our Micro Wedding Package is designed for up to 40 guests.
Where is Empey Estates?
1340 Deseronto Road in Empey Hill, Greater Napanee, Ontario, just off Highway 401. We're about 3 hours from Toronto and 2.5 hours from Ottawa.
Can we have our ceremony and reception in the same place?
Yes. The venue has three spaces: the Grand Hall, the Garden Terrace and the Luxe Lounge.
How much are your wedding packages?
Micro Wedding $3,500, Ultimate One Day Wedding $4,200, Ultimate Weekend Wedding $7,500 and the Ultimate Reception & Party Package $1,850. All prices are plus HST and gratuities.
Do you provide catering?
For weddings, we don't offer in-house catering, but we'll share our list of preferred caterers for you to choose from. For smaller events and corporate events, our in-house catering team offers food options for every budget.
Do you host events other than weddings?
Yes. We host bridal showers, birthdays, corporate events and private dining. Our downstairs room holds up to 25 people and our upstairs space holds up to 120.
Can we rent the venue for a corporate event or private party?
Yes. Weekday corporate bookings (Monday to Friday) are $150 for a full day of up to 6 hours. Weekend room rentals (Saturday and Sunday) are $350 for up to 5 hours and include a cash bar. Both include full setup and teardown, linens, tables, chairs and decor items.
Is there parking, and is the venue accessible?
Parking and Wi-Fi are free for all guests, and the venue has heating plus air conditioning in the summer. The indoor spaces have stairs throughout, so they aren't accessible, but our outdoor space is fully accessible.
