We are a local team, having local connections in PEC, Kingston and throughout the Bay of Quinte Areas. We know the best of the best when it comes to planning a wedding or event. We have done all the research on the essentials so you don’t have to. Everything from Venues to catering, hair and makeup to accommodations, let us be your guide to a stress free and memorable event.
The packages
Basic Wedding & Event Concierge
This package is for the client, coming from out of town, looking to plan an event in our local area (PEC, Bay of Quinte and/or Lennox & Addington. After a quick discovery call to determine clients: vision, budget and overall requirements, we will use our expertise and connections to provide a list of recommended vendors to bring your vision to life.
Starting at $150 + HST
Full Wedding & Event Concierge
This service is for the client that wants us to stick with you until the event completion itself, and includes:
- confirmation and booking of all vendors/services for your event
- putting together a timeline and schedule for the day of your event
- working with all vendors for reservations, timings and payments, accordingly
